Wander Woman: How High-Achieving Women Find Contentment and Direction
Plain Content
When researching today’s high-achieving women in the workplace, I found that what strong, smart women really want today is not power and control. They crave the serenity that comes from feeling, “I have done my best and it is good.” They have everything they need to be happy, but they are not. There is always more to be done and greater challenges to be met. They are smart, confident and assertive yet plagued by a restless agitation that keeps them from sitting still.
Today’s strong businesswomen seek to realize their highest potential yet the pursuit leaves them feeling more exhausted than proud. This speech will teach them how to fly with ease and grace. Together, we explore who they are and what purpose they are called to fulfill. In the end, they can release their "burden of greatness" and still enjoy the journey.
Using an interactive, engaging approach, participants will explore:
• How heavy is your burden--how much weight do you carry as a strong, smart woman?
• Know WHO vs. DO--claiming the strengths of who you are as opposed to what you do.
• The importance of community--creating a community of support and using Appreciate Dialogue to grow together.
• The power of purpose--how to channel your amazing energy so it regenerates instead of drains at the end of the day.
