The Individual Summary Report provides, in a four-page graphical format, the overall EQ score, scores for each of the 5 composite scales and the 15 subscales, and validity indicator results. You will receive this report with a half-hour coaching session for $250. The coach will spend at least an hour reviewing your results before you talk to discover any correlations or unique attributes of your answers that the computer report will not include. This is recommended for you to fully understand the results and the actions you can then take to improve your EQ.

The Resource Report includes the information available in the Individual Summary as well as an in-depth explanation of the meaning of the scores, individual strengths and weaknesses, and actions that can improve the respondent's emotional intelligence.
